Barclays feed not importing

Hi since 13 May my Barclays account has not been importing. I have tried putting in new passwords and memorable words in both Barclays and QuickFile. I then wait for the overnight magic to happen and it still does not. All I get is a red flag by the accounts in QuickFile.

The log shows it’s due to the page being idle, which is often down to incorrect details.

Are the details definitely correct?

Yes I have even tried re inputting them in once again but it still fails, thing is we do have another account with you also through Barclays and this appears to be ok.

The only error returned is a timeout, which generally means that either the details are incorrect, or there are no transactions to download.

There aren’t any other issues being reported at the moment, so I’m afraid that’s really the only suggestion I can make.

The other option you have is to export your transactions to a CSV file and import them manually
