Barclays Yoodle feed not updating automatically

Hi there,

my Barclays banking Yoodle feed is not updating automatically. It works if I refresh manually, but I was expecting it to update every night. That makes our accounting a bit more complicated if we have to refresh manually every time.

Hi @bitbotstudioshq

When you run the feed manually, are you prompted to enter any login details? The overnight update will only work if you use the memorable word set up due to the nature of pinsentry login (the code changing every 30-60 seconds).

If you have set it up using the pinsentry method, then you will need to remove the feed (More Options > Bank Feed Details > Remove Feed), and re-add it.

Hey @QFMathew thanks for your answer! I’ve done as you said and it kinda works, but the manual refresh always fails a couple of times before going through.

Is there any other issue that could be affecting this?

Are you seeing any error messages when you do the manual refresh?

I was yesterday, not today. I’ll keep checking and see whether errors come back. Thanks for your help!
