Beta Bank Feed - HSBC Business Banking problem

Hi, I’ve got the latest Chrome and installed the Bank Feed, I’ve gone on the website but when clicking in the ‘username’ box the box disappears! I can’t enter my username so can’t go any further!

Any ideas/fixes?

I’ve managed to log-on (the ‘Rapport’ reminder was causing problems I think), but the top Quickfile bar disappears and nothing happens once I’ve logged on! It just sits on the welcome screen.

Just downloaded it manually

It should disappear as you only need it to enter the initial settings. Once setup go to the recent transactions view and you should see a export to QuickFile button.

I just tested this and it works fine on our account.

Ok thanks I’ll have a look next time I need to update them.

Also, does Quickfile automatically remove duplicate entries? So if I upload overlapping recent transactions, the same transactions won’t show twice?

Also yes, the feed will remove any duplicates if there are any overlapping periods.
