I own the freehold to a block of 10 flats via a limited company governed by shares. I pretty much only need to collect 6th monthly maintenance payments and pay out to contractors. What would be the best QF set up for this? Thanks. S

There would be several ways to record this

• You could set up recurring invoices for your maintenance payments and record your purchases manually or via the receipt hub.

or

• You could use a bank feed or statement import to import your bank transactions and use auto tagging rules to create the associated sales and purchases.
