Is there a way I can block all clients from logging in globally. I have switched to a limited company account so don’t want clients logging into the wrong account.

Do you mean you have moved from sole trader to Limited company?
The new company will have a different URL on any invoices sent from it.
You could change the URL (Account Settings > Company settings) on the old company to break the links from invoices already sent.
