Brightpay error

With The Payroll site closing, we have moved to Brightpay and have done our first month’s payroll. We are now trying to complete a Journal. We get an error with no log.

I have tried revoking and recreating via market I am going round in circles at brightpay. Are you able to see anything in your logs or had any other reports.

I would reccomend speaking to BrightPay support as the error is in their interface.

I’ve just had to switch to bright pay as well. It took a few tries to set everything up not just with quickfile but nest too.
