Bulk Edit Invoices For VAT

Hi,

Most of my sales are paid for via PayPal, so I use the PayPal feed to automatically import these sales and create invoices for them on the fly (I used the option to treat all of these sales as Vatabale 20%). This has been fine for now as I only have a few sales outside of the EU, so I can just remove the VAT from these manually.

However, with the UK soon leaving the EU, I believe all invoices for orders outside of the UK will need to be zero-rated for VAT. This will mean I will need to manually edit lots of invoices to remove the VAT. Is there anyway invoices could be bulk edited to zero rate them for VAT? If not, might this feature be able to be added, I’m sure it would be used by a lot of users going forward.

Someone else can clarify but if you change the setting from the 1st Jan it will only affect new invoices moving forward. It won’t alter old ones. So you should be fine.

I could change the setting to zero-rate all transactions, but then I would have to manually update all the UK transactions to add VAT back in. Looking for a bulk edit solution, so that I don’t have to individually update each invoice.
