Calling Co-operative Bank users

Hi All,

I’m having problems importing my bank statements, do you convert your file from text to a csv format ?

I’m struggling to manually convert and upload it just isn’t happening, i have a years worth of bank recs to do waaa ;-(

There are some posts on our old forum regarding Co-op CSV files. I’m pretty sure Co-op are providing CSV files but not sure if that’s only for business accounts not personal?

I use the business account and you can save as a CSV file and then upload the file
