Can not upload bank CSV file

When I try to upload I get a Clunk page asking to try again or try from main login page still no joy

We had a temporary glitch here a few minutes ago, it should however be fine now.

getting the same message . I have logged out and back in several times all the other functions are ok it is just the upload bank statement that is not accessible.

I think this is just your browser cache.

When you are on the upload screen and you see the CLUNK message, hold down CTRL and click your browser refresh button (looks like some chasing arrows).

Either that or clear your history for today.
