I have a new client that uses QuickFile for their two businesses. So, I set up an Affinity Account so that I could work as their Bookkeeper on both businesses. However, when I tried to add them to my dashboard, there was an error because they are already attached to the Accountant’s Affinity Account. Obviously, that link needs to remain as well. Is it not possible for a business to be linked to more than one agent Affinity account?

Unfortunately we only support linking with one Affinity account at this time.
It may be worth asking to be added as a team member in this case, although you will need an email address that’s not linked to another account.
That’s what I suspected. They initially tried adding me as a team member but as it’s two businesses, I would need to use a personal email account for the 2nd business and that’s not practical (or professional). The Affinity account was the perfect solution so I signed up straight away but if I can’t use it when the client has an Accountant then it’s of no use. Bit of a shame. Thanks for your speedy reply. I will close the Affinity account now then as I can’t use it.
You could just set up a second email address (as a forwarder) under your work/professional domain.
