We have had Power User Subscription but we no longer require it.
Now it has expired we cannot access our accounts, can you reset back to the normal version or do we have to keep renewing for Power User Subscription?

The account grading is based on the number of nominal ledger entries created within the last 12 months. If you have more than 1,000 entries, your account would be graded as L or XL, which requires the subscription to continue to use QuickFile.
Thanks, I realise that when we originally paid for the service, but I don’t think this is the case for the past 12 months? Can you check and re-assess?
