For how long can I still access my data when I cancel my subscription?

Hello Wendy

QuickFile is free up to the first 1000 nominal postings in a rolling 12 month period then £60 +vat per year after that.

Currently you are at 692 (you can view your usage via Account Settings > All Settings > Account Usage Report)

As long as you are under the threshold mentioned above you can access QuickFile free of charge.

I would recommend you log in once every 6 months to prevent you account being close due to inactivity (you would be warned before hand).

(You may still receive reminders of your subscription ending even if you are going to revert to the free tier.)
