Hi, I recently updated my email address in qf company settings and i cannot access my account. Can you reverse the email change? It was originally @hotmail. I changed to my company email @abbey-services however I think I might have added a . Between first name and last name! Which there is no email account.arghh.
You can still use the incorrect email address as the username to log in with.
As @Lurch mentions, if you know the incorrect email address (and the correct password), you can log in as normal, and then change it by going to Account Settings >> Team Management.

Yes it worked, I thought it wouldn’t as I have to verify the email link normally.
