I cannot access the previous paid invoices per client on my quickfile account. Could I please get some assistance on how i can resolve this issue? In the past if I clicked on the view clients (under the sales tab) and I went to a specific client I could access all the invoices even paid ones going back to many such invoices. Now the system wont let me.

Are you able to walk me through how you’re trying to access the invoices exactly please (e.g. what buttons you clicked etc.).
Viewing all invoices from the individual clients should show you exactly that - all invoices - regardless of payment stage, unless they are archived or hidden as part of a search.

I try to access the invoices by going to sales and then under the sales tab I click on ‘view clients’ and then on the top there are letters of the alphabet in boxes for the clients name so I click on one of the letters. Then I click ‘view’ and then go down the page and look for the invoices. When I look for most of the ones that have been paid they are not there.
Also I need to go back to last year to see what I need to charge the client for certain things and I need to know as it is very important in our business to charge the client similar prices to the previous year.

If when you’re viewing the client, you click View and select All Invoices, all of your clients invoices will be there.
Alternatively, you could go to Sales >> Show all sales, this will show you all invoices on your account. You can then do an Advanced Search to filter the data by client, date, or more.
