I’m following the instructions to connect Zapier to Quickfile. I’ve created an API account and put the details in the Zapier connect screen along with account number and API ID, but get an error?

I’ve just tried to replicate this, but haven’t been able to unfortunately.
Can I just check at what stage you’re seeing this error? Do you also have a Power User Subscription on your QuickFile account?
It is now working Thank you. However, when I create a new client via Zapier, QF does not email the client their login details?
