I’ve created a recurring purchase profile a while ago (previous financial year).
It’s no longer valid.
Initially I archived it thinking it would stop the purchases auto generating but this hasn’t been the case. The software still creates them monthly.
I’ve tried to delete it but I get the error: “Transactions could not be deleted as they are currently locked or have been refunded”.
How do I delete the recurring profile. I’m happy for the transactions that were created in the past to remain. I just want to avoid future ones being created.
I’ve tried to “un-archive” by choosing the “restore selected option” for the profile but just get the error “14263643” which doesn’t really help.
