Cannot enter bank transactions just after midnight

I’ve ended up doing a bit of late night catching up on my book keeping, and I’m trying to enter some bank transactions (I don’t use an automated feed). It is now 00:15 on 22nd August 2019, but when I try to enter a transaction dated 22/08/2019 I get the error message that I “cannot enter a transaction for a future date”.

I suspect this may be a BST/UTC mismatch as 00:15 BST today is 23:15 UTC yesterday.
