Cannot match refund from earlier purchase

I have a payment:
7/7/21 Card Card 58, Paypal *Ebay Uk 20.01 allocated to QF00458
and refunded to same bank account:
15/7/21 Card Card 58, Paypal *Ebay Uk 20.01
but cannot process the refund as it’s not found

Go to your purchase invoice QF00458 and click Option >> Credit Note. After that go to your bank account and click Tag next to the refunded amount and click on Refund from Supplier and look for the supplier Paypal* Ebay or what ever you named the supplier.

Is the invoice for one nominal code, or has it been split across a few? Is it also GBP?

QF00458 is/was for a single purchase with only one nominal code
