The boss changed the eBay account password but I can’t a link to reconnect the account in the QuickFile interface. The feed is not updating and I can only see a link to delete the feed! Is this the what we need to do when the account password is changed in eBay?

You will need to disconnect the feed and re add it so it can be authorised again as the password has changed.
