When trying to export a set of transaction for a report (from current account), I am unable to select any transactions that were posted to a Journal.
The reason they are posted to the journal is because the tag options have nothing suitable other than the “Something else not on the list” option for all not invoice transactions like small payments by cash or cheques etc.
Is there another way to tag non-invoiced transactions that will allow me to export the transactions>
Or is there a way to export those entries?
It should certainly be possible to include journal entries on a bank export, so I suspect something odd is happening here? I’ve escalated this for review and will report back.
In the mean time you can run an account backup to get all your bank entries exported to CSV. Otherwise if you don’t mind waiting we will aim to fix this ASAP.
