My mac has lost the saved import key but I can’t locate it. I realise it is meant to be in bank feeds in 3rd party settings but it isn’t. The feed itself is working fine every morning though.
Hi @Printbox
If I understand correctly, this is related to the Google Chrome extension?
If that’s the case, that extension was depreciated some time ago and we no longer officially support it I’m afraid.
I’m not sure it is. It’s not so much the extension isn’t working, it’s the fact I can’t locate the import key (in chrome or safari)
Are you able to upload a screenshot of where you see it’s asking for the import key please?
For reference, here are the details for the extension I referred to.
Hi @Printbox
Thanks for that. Yes, the top screenshot is the Chrome Extension which I linked to above. As mentioned however, we no longer support this as it was depreciated when Open Banking was rolled out.
oh, sorry, I’ve twigged now.
No problem!
If you need any help with Open Banking, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
I did notice you bank with HSBC, so it is worth noting that at this time HSBC only supports current accounts (not savings accounts or credit cards). We’re eagerly awaiting for them to add support for this however, and have been told it is coming.
that’s ok for us – we only have a current account with them.
Thanks for your help.
Kind regards
