Can't pay for my account

I am trying to convert my free account into a paid account but the system won’t let me as the information is already registered as a free account and I cannot find any place in the account to convert to a paid account. Please help I am running out of the free account date and I have put all my information on the site.

Hi @khaazy,

If you go to Help > Additional services then there is an option to Update or add a new subscription
