Cant purchase Power User Subscription

I can’t purchase Power User Subscription, my quickfile account seems locked with Active Accountant Project

It looks like you had a recent year-end case with us (now complete) and were still attached to our own Affinity system. We’ve detached you now so you should be able to go ahead and order the Power User Subcription in Help >> Additional Services

EDIT:

I double checked and Additional Services options are now visible/available on your account.
