Capital One not updated since 13th December 2022

Hi there

I have automated feeds for my bank, merchant, and credit card accounts.

However, I note there have been no updates to my credit card account within QF since December 13, yet there have been a number of transactions on my card account.

This is a Capital One credit card.

Is there any action I can take or is this feed down for some reason?

Manual update attempts, setting the date as far back as possible, go through all the motions and declare no updates.

Hello Paul

I have just tried to refresh the feed for you but got an authorisation error.

In this case I would recommend removing the feed and setting it up again so a fresh authorisation is granted.

Thanks. Sorted now. I have to say I was getting no error so had not revoked and registered.
