Category Names - Create new ones for Letting agencies

I run a Letting agency and I need to be able to create new category’s for the type of sales, there is already one for Rent Income, but it would be better if I could add ones like Landlord Services, Tenant Services, Referencing Services.

Is there a way of me doing this??

Go to reports > Chart of Nominal Accounts and you can create new accounts
