We’ve closed our limited company but I still want to have access to the accounts via Quick File in case of any queries. Our Power User subscription expires today, but our company size is now rated as “XS”.
Is there a way of switching from Power User to Affinity so I don’t have to pay the subscription fee?

QuickFile and Affinity are completely separate. If your account is now classed as XS then you can just let your PUS lapse and you’ll still have full access to your account.
If you were to connect it to Affinity there is a daily charge for the connection so even at it’s smallest you’d still be charged.
