You can create an additional “team member” with a different email address and then promote them to be the account administrator. But are you sure that’s what you actually want to do? You’d only want to transfer your QuickFile account if “selling our business” means selling all your shares in your limited company to another individual (so it’s the same legal entity continuing the business, just with a different set of shareholders and presumably directors). If you’re selling the assets and goodwill of your business to a different legal entity then that entity would be starting their own books from scratch and you would keep your QuickFile account as your own records for the requisite seven years or so.
