Id like to connect client QF account with my affinity account but email client used to login is inactive beacause expired with domain provider. Is that possible to change this email by QF team ?
Does your client know both their email address and password? If so, they can log into their account and update their details from their end.
Once logged in, they can go to Account Settings >> Team Management.
If they can’t remember either of these details, please ask them to contact us directly so we can run through additional security with them and see if we can change this for them.
