Change 'message to' email address in customer area

I’m using affinity-quickfile. Is there any way to change the default email address on ‘message to’ when a customer raises a query on their invoice or statement? At the moment it comes to me as administrator of the account. Can I specify another team member, i.e. the same address as the default email address in routine emails?

This isn’t something that’s supported at the moment, unfortunately.

But I’ve moved this to the #feature request category, so it can be considered as part of future development.
