Change primary contact email

One of the companies where I am listed as the primary contact has an xx@[quickfile-affinity.co.uk email address which means it cannot be accessed outside Affinity. Can someone advise me how I can change this to my email address (which is also associated with other Quickfile companies), so this company can be accessed outside Affinity as well from within Affinity.

Once logged into the company, add a new user via Account Settings > Team Management.
You can then make the new user the Administrator.

Leave the old contact on there as a user to allow access through Affinity.

While you can follow the advice that @QFSteve has provided you, unfortunately your email address can only be associated with one QuickFile account at a time. So you would have to use a unique email address that isn’t associated with another account.

Hi - thanks for the reply. If a new user is created with a unique password and becomes the administrator, does this mean that the old user accessing the company via Affinity could not be an administrator and that all admin tasks would have to be undertaken by the new user, with his unique password, outside Affinity?
