My partner has been running a business as a sole trader but we have now gone in to partnership (ordinary partnership, not ltd) We can’t see a way to change our QF account, do we have to start a whole new one?
To be honest there’s not really much difference on QuickFile between a sole trader account and a partnership account. You could just continue with the sole trader account and add additional proprietor drawing accounts for the new partners.
Thank you. I understand there’s not much difference on the actual use of QuickFile, but is there any way to have the account changed to show ‘partnership’ on the settings or is that not possible to do without a new account?
