Changing Master Nominal codes

I am an accountant and about to start using the software
1 Is there a way to edit the master code list so it does not have to be edited each time?
2 quickest way to change the codes so they match tax calc I am guessing download a copy of the nominal to spreadsheet edit the codes and then re-upload unless someone has a better workaround?

Unfortunately there isn’t a way to change the master set of nominal codes.

You can add new ones, and hide old ones, but not set your own “master copy”
