Changing over from FreeAgent to Quickfile

Hi
I have a very small business with low turnover and so am ditching my accountant (who uses FreeAgent) and I plan to use Quickfile (as it is free for small number of transactions). SoI intend to transfer my accounts from FreeAgent to Quickfile in the middle of the accounting year and in the middle of a VAT period. What information do I need to export from FreeAgent into Quickfile and how do I do this?
