Is it possible to remove the 0-15 (half month) column?

There’s no option to remove it built in, but it may be possible with a bit of customisation.

Do you have a power user subscription on your account?

If you go to Help >> Additional Services, this will show any active subscriptions on your account.

The Power User Subscription would allow you to add custom JavaScript and CSS to style QuickFile. It may be possible to remove that column from the report using this.

However, the columns by default do follow a common format and matches statements that you send to your clients.
