One of our users wants to change their password but don’t know what the default one is - can you tell me please?
We have not enforced client login
For clients, the username is their email address, and their password is random (unless you entered it yourself).
As you haven’t enforced client login, they can log in through a link in an email they’ve been sent, such as viewing an invoice or estimate/quote. They can then change their password once they are logged in

If you don’t have an invoice link to hand you can also reset and email their password from the client detail screen. Just open the relevant contact and you’ll see an option in the dialogue box:
