Changing Tiers

HI, is it possible to change tiers? My company isn’t very active anymore and I’ve dropped back into the M tier but I’m still being asked for a renewal fee!

Am I able to go back to the free version for the time being?

Hi @chris_onetechnik

If your account is in the M tier, the renewal is optional so you don’t need to renew it if you wish. It does come with additional features which you would lose however.
