when i have logg in in it says I have to pay an extra £45.00 as I have done over 1000 transactions when in fact iv only done 159 tagge and 23 untaged iv only had the account since April and now my account has been deferred for 14day can any advise as Iv paid £15.00 for the year
The 1000 refers to nominal ledger transactions - each tagged bank transaction counts as two nominal transactions, each sale or purchase invoice counts for at least two (three if you’re VAT registered), each journal is one nominal transaction per journal line, etc. it adds up quicker than you think - four or five fully paid invoices (sales plus purchases) per week on average is enough to tip you over the limit.
Note that the £45 is per year - other comparable software can charge £10 or more per month.
Iv only have one Bank Acc tagged and only got 170 transactions Green tagged and 1 Red not tagged this is not 1000 transactions so what am I missing I can not up load a picture to show you what I mean on my account there are other account but they are not tracked or linked

As Ian said in a previous post, it is not per bank account entry. It is per ledger account entry. That means, a sales invoice can create 5 ledger entries. It also counts untagged transaction.

You can view your account usage report which will show you your nominal postings for the last 12 months. This can be viewed by date and by nominal code.
The report can be found in Account Settings > All Settings > Account Usage Report
