Claiming for non payment

Hi we recently successfully claimed in the smalls claim court for an outstanding invoice, we have received the balance of the invoice. We have also now received the court fee we paid and interest on the amount outstanding for the time. Can you give me some advise as to where I should post this amount obviously I would like the court fee to be credited but the only choice I have is to say its a refund from the supplier which it isnt. Sorry to be a nuisance.

When you paid court fee , if you used legal charges as expense category then money received as court charges would credit the same account making it NIL

Thanks for that I can change the category that is not a problem but the court fee was only £60 and I have received extra for interest where should this go I can split the transaction but as I say do not know where to put the balance.

that can go into other income
