Claude write access to create new/modify draft-only invoices and project tags
Automated sales and purchase invoice and project tag creation.
User would specify rules and instructions for Claude to create a new sales or purchase invoice or modify existing ones. Also to add or modify project tags.
I believe this should Model independent using an MCP server, then we can select which model we like, for example i would prefer mistral which is based here in the EU also cost wise other models like xgrok are cheaper
Currently I understand that Claude has read only access. Is it possible to provide users with the option to override this and give full read, write, delete access please. It would also be helpful if Claude could read ‘Recent events’ and ‘My Notes’ at customer and Estimate/Invoice levels. Is this possible please?
To have a write app via Claude is a much stricter process and requires us to jump through a lot more hoops to get it approved by Anthropic. If the demand is there, we can certainly consider and investigate it.
That said, you may very well be able to make something, or interact with Claude to communicate with QuickFile through the API directly. This is untested and would obviously be at your own risk (as with any API access).
