I go back to 2013 on QF and in that time I’ve just added clients. yet some of those clients haven’t ordered for years.
My client list is getting larger by the year.
Only only set up a client account when a new trade customer comes on board, but of course I lose some along the way.
Is there a way to tidy the client list up so (for example) I can archive the old clients that no longer buy?
Hello @RTSLTD
Looking at your account, probably the easiest way would be to view your clients list and sort by last login so that blank/oldest dates show first
Most of thee blank ones like Ebay/Amazon for example ignore those accounts.
The ones that have old dates, select them and delete (this will remove them from your main Client list).
You can restore them by clicking “Deleted” in the bottom right, select an account and “Restore Selected”
OK - so there’s no consequences if I do that.
Yes the blank ones are mostly like “Ebay UK” where all purchases from UK customers on Ebay are filed so none would ever login.
Could you also insert say zz in front of the client/supplier name so they will only show at the end of the list. It will also identify them as archived.
