Client area address - change of name

I have a corporate client who has changed their name. Is it possible to change the client address on their account ?

For example it was say https://abcLTD.quickfile.co.uk and the new company name is say xyzLTD - can the client address be changed on the account to https://xyzLTD.quickfile.co.uk or must it stay as was set up originally ?

Hi, you can change it. If you are an admin of their account you can change it, if not they have to change it.
click on Account Settings in the top menu bar >> then on Company Settings. Scroll down the page, the last line is your login url.
Click Save after changing.

Yes, it can be changed.

If you go into Account Settings >> Company Settings scroll to the bottom and it’s under Client Area

It can be changed, but the old name won’t stay as a redirect so it’ll invalidate the links in any existing invoice or statement emails you’ve sent out in the past.
