I’ve just started using the client area on QuickFile but realised that the “My Messages” tab at the top doesn’t work. It comes up with an error page saying that the page doesn’t exist.
The other links to messages work fine. How can I fix this please? I did try changing the link in the Client Area Designer but it doesn’t seem to update when I click save.
Apologies…I’ve taken a look and fixed that link for you. We recently moved this page and the redirect we put in place wasn’t getting triggered. I found two accounts linked to your profile and fixed the paths on both.
