Client can't access invoice, password and user name incorrect

Hi,

I just received this email from a client:

HI David the email and password are not working for me to open these?

How do I correct this please?

Hi David

The user will only be prompted for a username and password if they access your dashboard directly, or if you’ve enforced logins for clients. If the logins are enforced, following a link from an email should log them in automatically.

If you do wish to change their username and password, go to the client record (Sales > View Clients > Select the client), and then click the magnify glass next to their name. You’ll have an option to change their password there.
