Has something changed recently? I can’t see how to access the client’s dedicated area any more? I’ve read everything on your knowledge base but can’t see how to access their account which is proving problematic.
The button has been renamed to “Impersonate Client”. It should be visible in any client detail screen providing there are contacts associated to a client record.
