Can support let me know if there is a way to view all email history to and from a client? I have seen the event log report and this is useful but I did believe (mistakenly) that I had send a statement to a client last week. It would have been really handy to see a log of all events specific to a client and perhaps keep a log of this on our document management software.

If you go in to view the client then you can see what has been sent out via QuickFile in the event log there but emails sent from clients aren’t shown

Many thanks for this. I didn’t spot the event history at the bottom of the screen!
Shame we cannot have a webhook for this type of event. We already have one for invoices that are viewed and it works well.

This isn’t possible at the moment but you’re welcome to start a feature request if you think other people will find this useful too. We can monitor the interest and the dev team can take a look to see whether it is something they could implement
If you use your own smtp settings, you should find a copy in your email accounts “sent” folder.
@rhc that depends on the provider - gmail does indeed store all outgoing SMTP messages in your sent folder but many other providers don’t.
Perhaps the best bet is to copy myself in when I send a statement out to a client. The email notification that I will then receive from QF, can be archived into our internal document management software.
