Client email - multiple contacts with same email address

my client has various contacts, they use one email address so I cannot set up a secondry contact with the same email address which makes it little troublesome with directing email to named contact
is there fix?

There isn’t a way to do this unfortunately. The issue would be that the email address can be used to log in and for recording who viewed the invoices etc.

I’ve not come across this scenario previously, but I believe the only way around this would be to edit the subject of the email prior to sending. However, I’ll leave this topic open for other users to add their suggestions.
