Client messages - to field

Hi there,

Hoping you can help…

How do I edit the name in the ‘to’ field for client messages sent by the client. At the moment it has my name but I want it to have a generic enquiries title instead… can’t see how to change this…

Also the ‘my messages’ link in the dashboard via search box goes to a 404 page… so I can only access single message threads through the email notification at the moment… how do I get to see all current/past messages?

Can I just double check where you’re seeing the “to” part please? Just want to make sure I’m looking in the right place!

I’ve reported the 404 issue to our development team - we’ll get that fixed :wink:

You can access your messages by going to Account Settings >> Tools >> My Messages
