I have received 2 e-mails from mail@post.quickfile.co.uk informing me that 2 clients have sent me messages and details the contents of the messages. However, I cannot find the messages in Quickfile to reply to them. They used to show in the top corner of the screen next to the Company Name. Has the link been moved or removed?
Thank you Mathew for the info but they always have done in the past. I have found old ones in Account Settings, Tools, My Messages as advised by Eddie. If I open old messages I have the option to reply to them. However the two new messages sent by my customers today have not appeared in the My messages area
They view the invoice and use the “Query Invoice” or “Query Estimate” button. This is this sent through to you to the internal messaging centre
They reply to an email (e.g. when you send them a new invoice). This used to come directly to you, but this was changed to come through to you through the mail@ email that you’ve received.
