Clients can't save or print their invoices

Hi there,
I’m fairly new to Quickfile and impressed so far.
One issue I’m struggling with though…

A few of my clients have reported that whilst they can view their invoices online they can’t then download the invoice to save it and they can’t print it either…

Any ideas?


When your client clicks the link, they will be taken to their client with the invoice displayed, all they need to do to obtain PDF copy or print the invoice is click ‘Print’:

@Neil This is a known bug that we have now dealt with. It crept into a recent update that we applied and was very tricky to replicate. It should however work fine now!

Thanks Joe - the clients were doing this but with no joy. Looks like there was a tech glitch that has now been sorted though.
