Clients has to verify authenticity to view invoice with silly test!

One of my clients, who has several accounts with us, has to answer silly questions, such as “how many cars are in the boxes” in order to view her invoices and is sometimes asked to verify more than once. This is very frustrating for her as she is a busy property manager. Is there a way to remove this annoyance?

These tests (CAPTCHAs) will usually only appear if a user clicks an invoice link more than 20-30 times in a 24 hour period and these are intended as a security feature to stop malicious attacks.
